There’s a great line-up of Southampton acts and bands including, Burn the Fleet, Scarlet Soho and Soma High. The headlining act, ‘Artful’ Mark Hill is a local songwriter and producer and a four-time Ivor Novello winner. He  was also a co-founder of the successful Artful Dodger which helped shoot Craig David to fame.
 
Southampton Festivals organisers, Tony Gumm and Charllie Hislop said: “Festivals are about celebration. There is plenty to celebrate in Southampton; this is a city full of art, culture, heritage and talent.
 
“We believe it can also attract investment, support businesses, build aspiration, and create jobs and opportunities for local people. Our vision is ‘Southampton: Festival city.’”
