The Trust’s new director, James Gough, will be taking up his post in mid-November and talking to people across the city before developing a plan for the first 6 months of 2016. Part of that plan will undoubtedly include preparations for the opening of the new Arts Complex later in the year, when the British Art Show will be hosted by the John Hansard Gallery in collaboration with Southampton City Art Gallery. Arts Complex begins final fitting

In the next step for the Arts Complex the building has been handed over to Southampton City Council Contractor Galliford Try for fit out.

Nuffield wins Best Design Award

Nuffield's production of The Hudsucker Proxy has won Best Design at the UK Theatre Awards.

Són debut at Sibelius Unwrapped

Són, a newly-created orchestra for the city of Southampton, make their debut with Sibelius Unwrapped on Sunday 29 November at Turner Sims.
