The Audience Agency have been gathering data across Southampton’s culture and tourism sector to establish a city-wide baseline for audience engagement in 2017-2018 from attenders and participants at as wide a range of organisations as practicable.
- To work across the sector to promote and enable effective monitoring of audience engagement data using Audience Finder
- To create a city-wide baseline data set around engagement
- To develop shared mechanisms to analyse findings and develop joined up action plans based on insight
A further aim is to bring more Southampton organisations in to Audience Finder membership, contributing data, and to create an automated overview for the future for comparison with the initial baseline.
We will encourage effective monitoring of engagement and use the data to tailor our work to target specific areas and communities in order to reach those lowest engaged.
